Overview
Nine-year-old Jason moves with his family to a small northern Indiana town where his father has a new job at the local Ford dealership. The first summer at the new house introduces Jason and his younger sister, Sue, to a whole new world of characters. He meets his best friend, Timmy, from across the street, but the families' next door neighbor, Mike, proves to be one of the most interesting of the new acquaintances.
