Breaking Cycles is a story of how a woman's life was shattered from abuse, Growing up in California around the music industry lifestyle of singers, palm trees and sun, she always thought she would have a great life, have the fairytale lifestyle and live happily ever after until her reality hit and she found herself in a sequence of events that led her to a near death experience. After having to move from California to an unfamiliar state due to a tragic event as a teenager, her entire dreams were shattered. She walks you through this dramatic time in her life and she opens up and shares with you the cycles of abuse that she endured, red flags to look out for in relationships, how she was able to escape, and most importantly how she was able to move on. This book is about love, lust, money, betrayal and abuse all wrapped up in one story based on ongoing cycles. where situations from betrayal, affected her life in ways that she never would have expected.
