Overview
This book of poetry deals with topics that can be very triggering for some people. It includes mentions of self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse whether physical, sexual, mental or emotional. It also includes mentions of alcoholism. The poetry herein shows feelings of hopelessness, depression and grief. It's meant to speak to those who have or are enduring similar things, so that you know you are not alone. And it's meant to help show the journey to finding who you are, no matter what you've been through and how others tried to mold you.
