Overview

What does being alive mean? We were alive inside our mothers' wombs before we were born. Who we ask will determine how we define the beginning of existence. Is it feasible that both the beginning and the end are nonexistent? Is there a constant life force supporting our very existence? Depending on your beliefs about life, your response to this question may vary. Air is the lifeline to life. Even though it is invisible, without it, we would vanish. We shall look more closely at this connection in this book. We'll find out exactly how interconnected we are. We shall employ fresh eyesight to do this. You will need to read the remaining chapters of this book through those fresh eyes in order to make the link. We are all one. Our mind and body are not real. You don't trust me.
