Finding Purpose In Pain is a book that seeks to help people grow and not only go through challenges. The true strength of a person's character is exposed during their times of pain. Using different fiction and non-fiction stories, the Author exposes different experiences including hers, to highlight the importance of making the best out of every situation and remaining hopeful. She reminds readers that one thing not working doesn't mean there is nothing to be grateful for. A positive mindset, she says, is a necessary tool for going through life as seasons of pain will definitely come. She is therefore of the opinion that they should be used as a tool for growth and not one of self-destruction. In her words; victory starts internally before it is experienced externally.
