Overview
After devastating war and plague engulfs most of the former United States in a nuclear winter, a young couple flees the flooded city of New Orleans after a hurricane, heading west to find a better, more survivable life. Lana finds herself alone somewhere in Texas, stumbling into the town of Archer Grove that has segregated itself into factions. Lana must choose to remain in the Coven of witches or find new love with a handsome man with the Episcopals, while both groups battle for their share of resources with the Baptist faction. This novella does not leave out the steamy romance between Lana and Callum in a town rebuilding in the face of religious extremism and post-apocalyptic militias threatening towns. For mature readers only.
