The Purpose of the Book After the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone was forced to set aside their daily routines and place their health as their highest priority. This pandemic has taught us to slow things down, to take care of ourselves, and most importantly, to teach our children to enjoy every moment that life offers. It has taught us to be kind, compassionate, grateful, and thoughtful with ourselves and others. The purpose of this book is to serve as a tool for the reader to learn and understand that it is okay to slow down, no matter how old you are. My series of books are written to inspire and help explain and give life lessons to children, and their families.
