Overview

Three years ago Sean was left stranded and alone in a foreign country when a meteor crashed down in central Russia and killed all adults across the planet. He and all the other children left behind discovered that they had rapidly developed unique and powerful abilities which helped them survive in their strange, new world. Now, all Sean wants to do is make it back to southern California to find the only family he may have left: his younger sister Elizabeth. As he and his friends struggle to make the long journey, discovering wonders and horrors alike along the way, they fear that they are heading towards a deadly confrontation. One that will force them to make difficult choices. Who to trust and who to fight. Who will live and who will die. Sean will have to decide what he's willing to do to find his sister and save the ones he loves.
