Overview
A traumatic childhood filled with secrets, abuse, and rejection left me feeling hopeless and alone. I used to dream that someone would come and save me. I never doubted they would come. But what would I do if they didn't?"I put the gun in my mouth and pulled the trigger. By a miracle straight from heaven, the pin jammed and didn't fire."I knew that God had a bigger plan for me, and I couldn't sit around and wait for someone to save me. She Needed a Hero is a story of the power of determination and faith in the face of abduction, betrayal and depression.
