Overview

Success creates money, it is not money that creates success. When you go for a job interview, you go looking for the money in most occasions, but they look for the success in you. If you are a creator of success, and can prove it, you get hired. This is because they know if they can get your input in creating success, they will be in a position to create the money that pays you. In essence, it is you that creates the success that creates money for the company. That is why you can easily get the job if you are able to show your previous success stories in the area, your strengths that make you a leader who can be followed in what you do and your interest in offering the same success and strength to the company. In other words, you are offering to use yourself to create success for the company as you have done somewhere else. This makes you get hired and get paid to either create the success or be part of the team that creates the success. You don't need money, what you need is success. Money is a tool of control, you can use it to get others to help build your success and others can use it to get you to abandon your own success and focus on their own. What you need therefore is success in being the person you were fully made to be, not money. Create a success story that will not only make other people believe you, believe in your value and the value of what you do, but also make you believe your value to your deep self. You have to make your deep self to be contended and happy. This is what will be used to define you.
