Overview
Slate Boardinghouse is a quaint two-story house located on the outskirts of a close-knit community. It was no wonder everyone was interested in the new tenant that mysteriously appeared at the boardinghouse. He was handsome and charming with frightfully intense dark eyes. A Godsend according to the elderly owner, Mrs. Slate and her son Milton, even young, cancer-ridden Selina seemed to come alive in his presence. However, Hank, an ex-con and long time tenant grew suspicious when the wealthy citizens of the quiet town of Silver Creek began to die soon after the new tenants arrival. As the death toll continued to rise, Hank vowed that he would protect the people that he had grown to love at any cost. Will Hank succeed or will he too fall victim to, "The Tenant?"
