Overview

A distillery town in Kentucky. An inheritance from a total stranger. Thirty days to figure her connection to the deceased. Peg Townsend has just been named benefactor in a Hogshead, Kentucky man's will, and the timing couldn't be better. Six months ago, she lost her job, and now she's running out of money. Selling off the inheritance could go a long way in rebuilding her life. There's only one problem: in order to receive the estate, she must find her connection to the deceased. And she has 30 days to do it. As she searches for answers, she falls in love with the small town charm and the endearing people who live there. Unfortunately, no one else seems to know why she's there either-including the prudish librarian and the handsome distiller, who isn't exactly thrilled with her arrival. To make matters worse, an unexpected job offer disrupts her search before it gets started, leaving her less than a week to decide between the job of her dreams or her new life in Hogshead.
