Overview
The plurality of biblical eldership in the local church is missing in many churches today. Biblical eldership is necessary for carrying out Jesus' Gospel and discipling mandate. A church without an intentional and consistent leadership pipeline only has a leadership pipedream. This twelve-lesson workbook was designed to help churches and existing elders identify, train, and ordain potential elders through a one-on-one discipling relationship between an existing elder and a potential elder. This workbook can also be used to help elder-less churches transition to being elder-led churches. Discover the biblical mandate, qualifications, and responsibilities for the office of elders in the local church. Learn how elders shepherd, oversee, teach the Word, model Christlike character, and much more.
