Overview

I am a Mafia Princess. My entire life was planned out for me when I was just a wee chisler in nappies and barely able to walk. I'm no longer so wee and prefer to do my walking in stilettos these days. The day I would get everything I ever wanted, right in line with my dah's plans for me was finally on the horizon, so close, I could almost brush it with my fingertips. That's when everything crashed down and my dreams were shattered into a million pieces. The worst betrayals are those that come from the one who is supposed to love you most, especially when it comes in the form of a bullet. When l needed rescuing from death's door, it came from someone I never expected. He was the enemy, after all; his family and mine having been at war for generations. He's no knight in shining armor, more like a dark king with his brutal beauty and ruthless demeanor. Now he has his enemy's prized pawn in his grasp. But the way he looks at me, does he want to kiss me or kill me? Maybe both.
