Overview
"We live in a day of a "famine in the land" (Amos 8:11) for hearing the Word of God. Pulpits have become lecture and teaching podiums or entertainment platforms. Gone are the preachers of old who warned that sin is black and Hell is hot and a future judgment awaits all mankind!Old Time preachers, full of the Holy Ghost, stood holding their Bible in one hand and a stick of dynamite in the other, boldly proclaiming, "Thus saith the Lord!"Preaching is to be transforming with the purpose of awakening sinners to their lost condition and alarming them to the perilous position of dying in their sins and entering a Christless eternity."
