Overview
Ron Dowling, a homicide detective, is suffering through a marital break-up, as well as, the stressful competition of promotion to Chief. Somehow, he must maintain a delicate balance between family, job, and mental stability. The last thing Dowling needs is a madman terrorizing the city with his diabolical plan.
