In the basement beneath his successful hospital in Britania, Brazil, Dr. Roberto Noqueira and his trusted employee, Ramon, harvest venom from the world's deadliest snakes. Their lucrative side-business selling the venom worldwide supports Dr. Noqueira's true vocation of helping heal the people of Britania. When Dr. Noqueira is brutally murdered, Ramon dismantles the lab and begins to plan his revenge. Raised in the jungle, Ramon has stealth skills unlike his adversaries.
