Overview
Young Vietnamese woman, a refugee from Saigon in 1975, arrives in Australia. She speaks no English. Her neighbour is a retired, broke and broken English Literature teacher. They meet by chance. He teaches her Elizabethan English, the language of Shakespeare. Both have secret and tragic family stories. It's a love story with a difference.
