Unhealthy Betrayal explores the reasons for the collapse of health, the prevalence of chronic health conditions in the Western economies, and failure of modern medicine with its reliance on the use of drugs, chemotherapy and surgery to deal with the consequences of the toxic environment, and the problems created by industrialisation of our food supply. We examine why it is the organisations seemingly set up to protect us from harm consistently fail to do this and why corporate pathological pursuit of profits, corrupt democracy, damage health and engulf society with both financial debt and a toxic burden for generations to come. We trace the connection between the current banking system, which allows private banks to create money out of nothing-a debt creation system that transfers wealth to the already wealthy, whilst governments are burdened with debt and are unable to effectively meet the needs of their electorate. We trace the background between these seemingly unrelated topics and suggest that they are all in fact fundamentally connected. It is obvious to many that this is unsustainable-we look at alternatives that we believe will play a part in humanity's future.
