The year is 2020....Federal prison has evolved but some things have not. When a new facility is built in the remote dessert of Death Valley, Co all seems to be going well. Then a tragic incident leaves the semi-populated facility if this is an omen for bad things to come. For staff and convicts alike their answers come when the officials in Washington, D.C. decide to increase the population, sending the worst of worst to the quiet community. The turn of events bring correctional officers and inmates face to face with issues as drama invades the moral fiber of both sides of the fence, sending some to make deadly decisions that rock the small world inside the U.S. nation.
