Life in the Carribean is often upstaged by murder, witchcraft, corruption and hurricanes. When all four become entwined, the bounty of chaos appears. While the governor of the Virgin Islands laid paralyzed against his will the lives of those disrupted by his evil deeds found peace in his absence.
