Unruly Beast is the author's journey from black boy to black man encompassing his expe- riences and perspective. This collection of poems reveals the internal workings of a man still navigating through life and still learning to embrace all that he is and all he can be.This is the first published collec- tion of poems from the author, Eean M. Writing was ini- tially a way from him to handle his anger in his younger years and has now become a way for him to connect with people by sharing his experiences and also the les- sons he has learned along the way.
