The food truck is about a inner city kid who experienced hardship and time away from his family, took that experience and dived into a love of cooking. Mustafa Dent a well known person in the city of Newark Nj opened a food truck and named it shenas.Author Robert Carpenter and family loved the food so much he wrote about it in his new children book Food Truck.
