Brown cat Oliver and his friend, a little mouse named Gas, need one more player for the game. Oliver's owner, Romeo, gives him a new friend, a white Dalmatian named Charlie. Oliver and Gus notice that Charlie is different from other Dalmatians because he does not have black spots on him. Although different in appearance, Oliver accepts his new friend because he realizes that what's important is one's soul and heart, regardless of physical appearance. Oliver, Charlie, and Gus become the best friends. And Oliver promises to Charlie that he will give him black spots.
