Calvin Gaines is a young, black kid living in Baltimore, who was constantly criticized by his people that he wasn't behaving as they felt he should. As a white police officer also living in Baltimore, Matthew Kirkland had that same problem. One day, their paths cross and they create an unorthodox plan to demonstrate their struggles. However, they get much more than they bargained for when more attention comes their way than they expect, before an unlikely ally helps get them both back on track.
