Frigid Deceit

A mysterious death in the middle of a heavy winter storm has Rochester, New York Homicide Detectives Robert Hicks and Louis Baker looking for a witness, a beautiful young blond woman. The investigation follows a trail of deceit through a rundown office building, a small Canadian town and a popular strip joint. All the while someone, a hacker in control of the ever-present computer systems, seems to be two steps ahead of the detectives' every move.
