Timmy Gets Adopted is about a lost puppy who is rescued by Mike. Mike brings a starving, soaking wet Timmy to The Shelter for Rescued Animals. Timmy immediately falls in love with Penny when she gives him a warm bowl of puppy stew. Penny, with an army of volunteers, takes care of all the animals. Penny has an extra special gift.
