They share a love of long walks, enjoying the peace and quiet of nature, and they eat a lot of salami and peanut butter when nobody's looking. But for Mike and his dog Rowdi, the bond between man and man's best friend is about to take an unexpected turn. While taking a walk along the Spokane River, the pair discover an unusual object-a stone with mysterious powers, clearly not of this world.
