The main time period for "God, Love, Peace & Music," is 1968 to 1975 - the year U.S. involvement in Vietnam ended. In similar manner, MacLennon's "Sector 2 Poetry" and "Sector 3 Prose," represent the diversity of events and passages in his life from ages 15 through 69. Readers who have experienced great challenges in life - and who hasn't! - will relate to the author's ongoing combat with Angels of Darkness and, conversely, those golden moments when Angels of Light intervene to brighten our lives.
