Other topics include the difference between management and leadership, how to lead with empathy and authenticity, and how to balance control and automony. Just an important, you'll learn how to avoid stumbling blocks that prevent many from becoming effective leaders. If you want to be an effective leader, you must be the kind of person that people want to follow. Become that person with the insights and lessons in this book.
