On November 2, 2015, a Russian Airbus left the Red Sea resort of Sharm-el-Sheikh in Egypt carrying 224 passengers and twenty minutes later it disappeared off radar screens. It was en route to St. Petersburg, Russia, carrying Russians returning from holiday.
