Trials of a woman is a Research work, which delineates the challenges, which confronts women from different cultural Backgrounds. Chapter one emphasizes on the spoils of war like: Rape, displacement, sexual exploitation, making particular reference to the stories of Young Girls and women from conflict zones and underdeveloped countries. Chapter two explores another Problem, which confronts women worldwide due to poverty and illetracy. Many have fallen victim to traffickers as a result, of searching for a greener pasture abroad. Using the Republic of Moldova, North-South Korea, the diary of Nicholas Kristof as a case study. Chapter three further reveals challenges like the female genital Mutilation and it's negative side-effects, physical violence and honour killings against women. Chapter four talks about child marriage using the Northern part of Nigeria as a case study. Chapter five reveals true life stories of women I interviewed and other famous women, who have impacted my life. Chapter six talks about inferiority complex, which has led to anorexia in many. Chapter seven gives a summary and positive Solutions, which would help many on their way towards Progress.
