The Brin Archives is an epic adventure trilogy through space and time. As time passes and the Brin thrive on their new world and their civilization reaches new heights, Maliche Rocker, descendant of the original saviors, discovers a terrible atrocity hidden by members of the government, including his own family. With the help of strange dreams, his ancestor's biocomputer, and the planet's native inhabitants, long thought to be extinct, Maliche faces assassination attempts, and war against his own family to undo the terrible wrongs committed by his people. Book three brings us full circle, with a dangerous new realization. No sooner does the dust settle from this latest conflict, comes the reappearance of The Skae, the alien race who revived Karm and sent him back in time to save the Brin. The Skae attempt to recruit Brin youth to join them in defeating an enemy they have faced for centuries in an intergalactic war, one they claim is against the creation of the development of a powerful new device to create endless energy from the stars. Maliche, and his offspring learn the Skae may not be what they claim and set in motion an elaborate scheme to travel back in time to the beginnings of the war between the Skae and the Gorvin to learn the truth of matters and which side of the war they should support. The fate of the galaxy is at stake.
