Clancy Security is run by Tom Clancy. He works closely with NY finest. He has hired Bailey Muldoon, who worked for the police for a time. She realized there would not be enough action for her working for the force. That is when she went to Clancy's. Her on and off again boyfriend Rick works for the force, and is sometimes forced to work with Bailey. He is very protective of her and this causes many conflicts between them.
