TOQ stands for The Other Questioner After a bit of a self-healing journey I finally find myself being able to refer to myself As a Self Portrait Artist as well a Self Healer! The terms sits well with me Asking or posing questions has become the remedy of my self healing journey, now shared! It is said to be healthly for your brain to have a conversation with itself, or something to that effect! Well, as a poet and artist faced with a situation of being stalked, more than once which is part of my repertpoire of sorts! I am confident enough to say One part of my brain has definitely been talking quite happily to itself which is how these books come about!
