A helicopter crashes in the Waziri hills of Pakistan five days before India's Independence Day. Two men are killed in the crash, one of them an American. Jack Barnes is assigned by the CIA to investigate the incident. He seeks help from Vinayak Prabhakar, a senior Indian intelligence officer. Prabhakar has his own agenda to fulfill - to capture or kill the Al Masri brothers - the planners of 26/11.
