Edmus and Ferdmus Leave Home: Mindfulness for Children

Leaving home can be fun, when we know we will be coming home again. Vacations, camping trips, visits to grandma and grandpa. As Winter turns to Spring in a picturesque little town in Montreal, Quebec in Canada, Edmus and Ferdmus journey away from home for the first time.
