Daniela, an officer of Intelligence Agency joined forces with former Russian spy Pavel Nevich. In his early days, Nevich was involved in many adventures. Years later, Colonel Nevich is a freelance, advisor and mediator in some delicate situations around the globe. Together, Daniela and Nevich are trying to break a plot to sabotage the research of Doctor Samuel Van Strick. The man, whose mission is to undermine work of Doctor Van Strick and his colleagues is Armando Homero - a spy and assassin, working by the orders of The Council.
