Chapter 1 traces black African entrepreneurship before colonization and argues that colonization of the mind resulted in the demise of traditional Afro industries. The authors does not dwell on victim hood and self pity and suggest African minds are no longer captured, its a choice to remain mentally colonized in Africa where opportunities and possibilities are endless. In Chapter 2, the author grapples with what is entrepreneurship, why enterprise is the in thing now and why ideas are followed by money, the author eventually discusses types of entrepreneurs and the idea that business is a team sport. Chapter 4 debunks myths that work against the entrepreneurial spirit and suggest adoption of functional paradigms that are pro business.
