Pehla Patthar

Pehla Patthar (First Stone) is a collection of short stories by progressive writer, dramatist, novelist and journalist of the 20th century Balwant Singh. He is considered to be one of the biggest names in Urdu fiction. Pehla Patthar was his first collection of short stories published in 1953 and contains brutal events that happened during the partition of India in 1947.
