An Affirmation Journey for Caregiving Parents

Being a parental caregiver is difficult. It requires long hours and lots of skills that aren't generally learned in everyday life. This book is supposed to be a support for parents that are caregivers, to help them get out of the daily grind, take care of themselves, make them feel seen and not alone, and see the joy even in the hard circumstances. Ashley Cabrera has two daughters and is married to her husband of twelve years. She taught elementary school for six years before becoming a stay-at-home mom. She grew up in Montana and loves the mountains and beauty of nature. She has also published a children's book titled, The Rainforest Trio.
