The Seven Legged Astronaut - (Hardback or Cased Book)

The seven legged astronaut is a hand painted picture book for young readers. There will be many small stories following this quirky character through different science themes, which hopefully inspires kids into science and asking questions. I want my readers to be curious, never give up and to see just how amazing life is. This first book in the seven legged series is about space. I introduce to you fellow readers my friend, Maurice. His got an appetite for knowledge, seeking answers from the stars above us. This fuzzy little spiders curiosity will take him on an exploration through a child's imagination and her families passion for space science, exposing Maurice to the science of understanding our universe. As you might have gathered a spider usually wouldn't pursue science which has made Maurice feel like an outsider. Not only does the spider want learn about space he deep down really wants a connection with someone that will appreciate his same interests. The seven legged astronaut story is kept to a somewhat believable plot line. This helps immerse the reader in been able to imagine (with a bit of whimsy) having a connection with another species on a similar level. "Without approaching the strange (spiders or those different to us) fear will grow where curiosity should have blossomed.""Without knowledge (science) to how and why we are here. We would become blind to what should've been a brighter tomorrow."
