At twenty-five, Erika Arceneaux receives a substantial inheritance that allows her to make her dream a reality; Building a retirement community for senior adults where they can live safely and comfortably, honoring her grandparents who lovingly raised her since she was five years old. Erika feels certain that God is leading her to renovate an old, abandoned motel.
