Letters From Hell : A Process Of Self Destruction And Reflection

This book is a collection of letters I've written to people during periods of depression. It offers an honest and in-depth view of my personal experiences, my struggles with obsessive thoughts, the way I form attachments, and mostly, the way I navigate my crazy. It's purpose to be able to look at the cycles of positive and negatives behaviors and actions I have taken throughout my life and to attempt to reflect and grow from them. By offering these words and experiences to the public, I'm hoping that other people who have felt these things, or who have gone through trauma are able to empathize and grow as well. We all have a crazy, this is just mine in writing.
