Enzyme and the Steady State Enzymology

Enzymes are generally globular proteins that catalyze chemical reactions, the rates of which can be decreased by inhibitors, pH and temperature. Enzymes have been produced commercially with unique identifier developed by The International Union of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. The enzyme application could be found in many industrial processes and pharmaceutical purposes. The Michaelis-Menten rate equation is discussed in the various steady state enzymology.
