The synthesized compounds demonstrate significant antibacterial activity, establishing them as potential candidates for novel antimicrobial therapies against pathogenic micro-organisms. The chapter-III explores a microwave-assisted approach for synthesizing trifluoromethyl-1,2,4-oxadiazoles (TFMO).
