Law Number 4 of 2021 Ratification of the ASIAN Agreement on Electronic Commerce regulates the ratification of the ASIAN Agreement on Electronic Commerce which was signed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Governments of the Member States of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations on January 22, 2019 in Ha Noi, Vietnam. In order for exports to be more competitive in the ASIAN region, the Ministry of Trade has issued regulations to make it easier to obtain preferential tariffs in the ASIAN region. This new regulation is contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade Number 32 of 2022 concerning the Provisions of Origin of Indonesian Goods.
