The influence of employee motivation on productivity

Motivation is one of the necessary elements for any company wishing to take off on all fronts, as man is the main actor. We therefore conducted a survey on the influence of staff motivation on productivity at the Kamina General Referral Hospital from January 01 to October 01, 2024, with the aim of determining its impact.We conducted a prospective descriptive cross-sectional study using a prospective method, with non-probability sampling, exhaustive sampling and interview-enriched questionnaires as our data collection techniques.After investigation, we came to the conclusion that motivation is the driving force behind under-productivity, with all the consequences of putting the institution into the abyss.
