The Resumption of Sino-American Relations (1969-1972)

Few researchers have dedicated themselves to understanding the Sino-American rapprochement in the late 1960s and early 1970s from a tripartite perspective, in its historical, political and theoretical aspects. Contrary to what many people think, the book debunks the idea that China's opening to international reintegration began during the Deng Xiaoping period, but shows that China's international inflection began with Mao.
