Shi Ma' (My Moms)

This Chapbook is a dedication to my birth mom and to the ladies in my life that helped me grow into the person that I am today. The book is divided into 3 sections: 11 poems for my mom, 5 poems( one poem dedicated to a lady that I consider a mother figure), and 5 poems that are just mom poems. I believe that not all of us may not have a birth mom from beginning to end, but we do have aunts, and other female figures that have taken the mantle of a mother for us. This is for them as well."
